This training class focuses on Virtual Infrastructure integration, performing scripted installations of ESX servers, security and monitoring of ESX servers, VMware HA, Distributed Resource Scheduling, VMware Consolidated Backup and fault analysis. Objectives • Analyze the physical infrastructure in order to migrate to Virtual Infrastructure. • Perform scripted installations. • Learn specific commands used to administer an ESX server • Understand and configure security and monitoring when using Virtual Infrastructure. • Configure and implement VMware HA, DRS and VCB. • Perform fault analysis in Virtual Infrastructure.
