The Citrix Access Suite centralizes access to applications and information and enables IT staff to deliver, manage, monitor, and measure enterprise resources on demand. The Access Suite enables Citrix customers to run IT as a corporate computing utility, provisioning software as a service. Citrix software delivers measurable return on investment and benefits, such as cost savings, higher productivity, improved decision-making and greater business agility. This course teaches Citrix accessPARTNER network members and Citrix salespersons how and when to use Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return on Investment (ROI) financial analysis to sell the Citrix Access Suite to enterprise customers. Course topics include defining ROI and TCO analysis, describing scenarios in which ROI or TCO are used to identify benefits of a Citrix Access Suite implementation, and describing the ROI and TCO tools. Upon completion of this course, learners are equipped with the understanding of how to effectively use Citrix TCO and ROI strategies in today’s marketplace.
