This course (CTX - 6105 AW) will explain how to complete a deliverable that is part of the analysis phase of the Citrix solution methodology. The solutions methodology is a multi-phase framework. Each phase is focused on specific tasks related to products or features implemented and services performed. One of the three deliverables of the analysis phase is an infrastructure assessment (IA). The IA consists of gathering information, identifying issues, making recommendations and assessing risk. This course will examine the following in detail: reasons to perform an IA, the importance of an IA, the IA key evaluation areas, the benefits of performing an IA, and the effect an IA has on the analysis phase and on other phases in the Citrix solution methodology.
